Plan – I have a monthly board to see incoming bills and take turns putting away for each bill.

What's good about renting for you at this time in your life?

Less stress in regards to bills.

What do you look for in a rental property?

Easy to maintain, close to work and simple home layout.

How would you describe your home design style?

Modern.

What's your most unique, quirky or prized possession?

My rubber duck fish bowl – I actually have 200 rubber ducks but they can't all fit! I wanted a unique feature in the house and this definitely gets attention when people visit.

What are your home aspirations or dreams?

Eventually buying a small place for my little family.

What advice or tips do you have for renters?

Keep applying – write a small cover letter introducing your family or who you are. Personalising the application can help you stand out.
