RentPay is constantly evolving and changing to meet the needs of our renters and agents.
We provide renters with a flexible and convenient way to pay their rent, while enjoying access to features like our rewards program, bill smoothing, buffer and Scorebuilder features. Agents who use RentPay on a day-to-day basis onboarding, reconciling and receipting rent payments appreciate the convenience, accuracy and certainty through using our Agent dashboard.
RentPay listens to the valuable feedback and insights on features our clients would like to see – in the app for renters, and the Agent dashboard. So, we always seek opportunities to continue developing new capability to enhance benefits and meet our clients’ requirements.
We're proud to release a brand-new feature: tenancy invoicing through RentPay's rental payment platform. This functionality offers next-level convenience for both renters and agents using RentPay.
The tenancy invoicing feature allows agents to load tenancy-related bills (e.g. water usage and bond top-ups) through the Agent dashboard which flows directly to their tenant via the RentPay app.
The tenancy invoicing feature helps make the process of sending tenancy-related bills and tracking payments simply and more efficiently. Via the dashboard, agents can easily edit and track the status of the invoice in real-time.
If you’re an agent and need help on this feature, please contact your RentPay client manager and we’ll send you a how-to guide with all the details.
While tenants could previously make manual payments through the RentPay app for water usage and bond top ups, they can now receive tenancy bills through RentPay, including reminder notifications and a more streamlined payment process.
On top of greater convenience, this enhanced functionality lets tenants better manage any bills and payments relating to their tenancy, all in one place.
If you’re a tenant and need help on this feature, please contact the RentPay customer service team on 1300 797 933 or via email.
