Paylab terms and conditions for RentPay Technology Pty Ltd, ACN 636 254 709, and its related entities, 'RentPay'. These terms and conditions apply to the Paylab (Paylab Pty Ltd (ACN 650 927 325)) integration from RentPay.
Consent to share email address data with Paylab, you consent to share your email address used or stored in your RentPay account with Paylab. By using this service, you agree to RentPay sharing your email address with Paylab.
The responsibility of moving funds from Paylab to RentPay is rests with the user. The movement of funds from Paylab to RentPay is one directional and therefore monies cannot be moved from RentPay to Paylab. Once funds are transferred into the RentPay wallet, they can we used towards paying your rent.
Once a transfer is initiated and confirmed Paylab will transfer rewards to the linked RentPay wallet. Funds will clear into your RentPay wallet usually within 24 hours. The liability of transferring funds to the RentPay wallet rests with Paylab, technical support available on support@paylab.com.au.
We reserve the right to change any or all our terms of use or other conditions for using our platform at any time by publishing the new terms or conditions on our website. Your subsequent or continued use of the Paylab and RentPay service will constitute your acceptance of any changes and acceptance of those terms. If you object to any changes to the Conditions or other notices on our platform your sole remedy is to immediately discontinue your use of the Paylab and RentPay service.
Paylab Competition Terms & Conditions
- The Promoter is: Paylab Pty Ltd (ACN 650 927 325) of registered office address: Level 5, 153 Walker Street, North Sydney 2060 NSW Australia. The above mentioned company will hereafter be referred to as the ‘Promoter.
- Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
- To enter the competition an entrant must purchase a minimum of 1 gift card of any value on the Paylab mobile app. The entrant must be a user of RentPay during the competition window to be eligible for the competition.
- Opening date for competition will be Monday 1 pm (AEDT) on 18th March, 2024. Closing date for entry will be Tuesday 10 pm (AEDT) on 30th April, 2024. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: - For each gift card purchased on the Paylab platform the entrant receives 1 ticket into the draw. Three winners will be drawn at random and will each receive a gift card worth AUD 50 as a prize. This gift card can be for any retailer on the Paylab mobile app based on the winners’ choice.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
- The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winner(s) will be drawn at random on Wednesday 1st May, 2024.
- The winner(s) will be notified by email and/or letter on Wednesday 1st May, 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
